Relax and unwind while immersed in a bath of healing sound. Singing crystal bowls, ocean drums, rain sticks, and tuning forks weave together to bring you to a place of deep relaxation and meditation. Each Sound Bath is a a 30 minute session that alternates between guided meditation and sound to create a state of bliss in the body mind and spirit. Sound Baths can be booked for any size group- Marisa has done private sessions, small group sessions, and large groups such as Calm’s marketing team. Sessions are done in person or virtually.
