Trauma-Informed Yoga Therapy
Soma Sessions are trauma-informed, evidence-based holistic yoga therapy sessions. Together we work to create an accessible, habitual flow for finding ease in the body using tools specifically tailored to your personal body and history. The intention of this path is to alchemize what you are holding so that you may feel empowered as you journey forward into wholeness and a life of joy and satisfaction.
Sound Healing
Relax and unwind while immersed in a bath of healing sound. Singing crystal bowls, ocean drums, rain sticks, and tuning forks weave together to bring you to a place of deep relaxation and meditation. Each Sound Bath is a a 30 minute session that alternates between guided meditation and sound to create a state of bliss in the body mind and spirit.
